These terms apply when you access our website, submit an enquiry, or use Rudrashaktii RCS and SMS communication services. By using the services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
1. Services
Rudrashaktii may provide promotional, transactional, service, OTP, reminder and customer-support messages through RCS and SMS, including rich media, buttons, links, chatbot interactions, analytics and SMS fallback.
2. Consent and Customer Data
• The customer must obtain valid and clear consent before sending promotional messages.
• Purchased, scraped, randomly generated or unauthorised contact lists are not allowed.
• Consent and opt-out records must be maintained and produced when required.
• Recipients who withdraw consent or opt out must not receive further promotional messages.
3. DLT and Platform Compliance
The customer is responsible for applicable Principal Entity, header, template, consent and other DLT registrations, and for complying with TRAI, telecom-operator and RCS provider rules. Campaign content must match approved templates and brand details.
4. Permitted and Prohibited
Services may be used only for lawful and authorised communication. Spam, phishing, misleading claims, illegal products or services, impersonation, malware, harassment, prohibited financial or gambling promotions, and third-party rights violations are strictly prohibited.
5. Opt-Out
Promotional messages must provide a simple opt-out method, such as STOP or an RCS unsubscribe option. The customer must promptly update its suppression list and stop promotional messages to opted-out users.
6. Delivery and Third-Party Services
Delivery, display, timing, read status and RCS availability are not guaranteed. Services may depend on Google, telecom operators, DLT platforms, cloud providers and other partners. SMS fallback may be used where RCS is unavailable.
7. Charges, Suspension and Liabilty
Applicable setup, subscription, usage, fallback SMS, integration, tax and third-party charges must be paid as agreed. Rudrashaktii may suspend services for non-payment, spam complaints, policy violations, fraud or regulatory directions. To the extent permitted by law, Rudrashaktii is not liable for indirect losses, rejected campaigns, outages or failed delivery caused by third parties, incorrect data or non-compliance by the customer.
8. Governing Law and Contact
